Simple Table Layout

• I copied the example table from the sidebar "More Help" source (# 6 Images, tables, video, and sounds)
• The key elements of this table format are:

• Paste the whole upper left corner text in place of the word "This"
• Paste the whole upper right corner text in place of the word "is"
• Paste all of Marilyn's Meditation text in place of the word "SPAR"
• Paste all of the calendar text in place of the word "TA"

In that same section of the simple table description there is a link to a much more detailed "Help" for elaborate tables.

Without Tables

Should we consider just a simple paragraph format and use headings for each element. The Wiki creates a table of contents automatically.
